This email is sent to the same email address provided during the purchase, within2 business days after the confirmation of your payment.
This email is sent with the subject: Your Order is on its way!
Attention: If you do not find the email in your inbox, please check:
- If your email was correctly registered at the time of purchase;
- If you received the activation email for your post-purchase registration;
- Check your SPAM folder.
The customer is aware that, from the moment the item is dispatched for delivery, all logistics become the responsibility of the post office or the carrier hired at the end of the purchase.
The delivery time shown on the order is estimated by the system and may change during its journey without prior notice. We, the Bolo de Rolo Sjc team, make ourselves available to file a complaint with the contracted carrier with a response time of up to 7 business days, in case there is any unforeseen issue with the delivery of your order. Registering a complaint on social media BEFORE contacting us does not contribute to speeding up the resolution of possible delays or non-receipt of your order!
